Chinese Garden is commonly known as Jurong Garden and is connected to the adjacent Japanese Garden by a bridge called Bridge of Double Beauty. During festive occasions like Chinese New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival, the gardens will host performances and be lit up with ornaments which are representative of these occasions.

The Chinese Garden replicates the northern Chinese imperial style of architecture and landscape with a Bonsai Garden and a series of pavilions and pagodas.  You can climb up the seven storeys Cloud Piercing Pagoda and find statues of famous heroes in Chinese history around. A Live Turtle and Tortoise Museum ($5/entry) is being housed here, with a collection of more than 150 turtles and 3,000 turtle-related items.

The adjoining Japanese Garden showcases Japanese landscape styles of the Muromachi and Momoyama period and features arched bridges, stone paths, rock waterfalls and Japanese-styled pagodas.
