Nestled between Singapore Zoo and Night Safari, River Safari is a river-themed zoo set in a tropical rainforest. The 30-acre park has no less than 10 different ecosystems that include the River Nile, the Tundra, and the Yangtze River. You will find exotic aquatic species such as Mekong freshwater stingrays, West Indian manatees, and the Mekong giant catfish.
The park exhibits one of the world’s largest variety of freshwater fauna and features over 6,000 animals of 300 species with one of the highlights being Singapore’s resident Giant Pandas, Kai Kai and Jia Jia.
Take a boat ride called the Amazon River Quest to witness over 30 wildlife species from the Amazon River.
